The meeting was held on Monday 3rd July 2017 at 13:30 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 219 on 2nd Floor, Parliamentary Building 2. Mr. Surachai Liengboonlertchai, the First Vice-President of the National Legislative Assembly, as an advisor to the Preparation Committee for Hosting of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly, attended the meeting. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, President of Thai Scout Parliamentary Association, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired this meeting aiming to discuss and prepare to be the host of the World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly in 2019.

              The meeting was held on Friday 8th September 2017 at 09:30 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 3601 6th Floor, Parliamentary Building 3. H.E. Professor Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the National Legislative Assembly, as an advisor of the Administrative Committee hosting of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly, attended the meeting of the Preparation Committee for Hosting of the World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly in 2019 2/2017. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired this meeting. The agenda being considered in the meeting were as follows:
              1. The draft members’ namelist of the Sub-committee on Meeting Venue
              2. The draft members’ name list of the Sub-committee on Essence
              3. The draft members’ namelist of the Sub-committee on Hotel and Accommodation
              4. The draft members’ namelist of the Sub-committee on Reception and Facilitation
              5. The draft members’ namelist of the Sub-committee on Opening-Closing Ceremonies and Reception Banquet

Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, as Chairperson of the Administrative Committee hosting of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly, chaired the meeting aiming to consider the draft order on appointment of sub-committees.

The meeting was held on Wednesday 11th October 2017 at 11:30 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 207 on 2nd Floor of Parliamentary Building 2. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, as the Leader of Thai Delegation from the National Legislative Assembly was the Chairman of this meeting to discuss about the management of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly during 16th-18th October 2017 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The meeting was held on 10th November 2017 at 10:00 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 3701 on 7th Floor of Parliamentary Building 3. H.E. Professor Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the National Legislative Assembly, as an advisor of the Administrative Committee hosting of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly, attended the meeting 2/2017. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired this meeting. This meeting aimed to consider the draft Order of the Administrative Committee hosting of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly on Appointment of the sub-committees on preparation of various tasks and their framework to prepare organizing the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly.

The meeting was held on Wednesday 27th December 2017 at 09:30 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 219 on 2nd Floor of Parliamentary Building 2. Hon. This meeting aimed to consider the progress reports of the 7 sub-committees.

Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired the meeting. This meeting aimed to consider the following issues.

1. The budget to host the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly
2. The operation of the sub-committees

              The meeting was held on Monday 19th March 2018, at 13:30 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 3601 on 6th Floor of Parliamentary Building 3. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired the meeting to consider the following issues:
              1. The budget to host the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly
              2. The operation of the sub-committees
However, before the meeting began, the Chairman asked members of the Committee to stand up to show their condolences to Mr. Chong Hoh Kim, the founder and emeritus President of the World Scout Parliamentary Union who passed away.

Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired this meeting aiming to follow up the progress of the sub-committees.

          10. The meeting of Steering Committee 4/2018
              The meeting was held on Friday 25th May 2018, at 09:30 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 219 on 2nd Floor of Parliamentary Building 2. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired this meeting 4/2018 to consider the following issues:
              1.The progress of the operation to prepare for the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly of each sub-committees
              2.The process of collecting registration fee from participants
              3.The namelist of countries/members of the National Assembly/people who will
be invited to the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly
              4.The permission to Thai Scout Parliamentary Association to use the emblem
free of charge.
