| H.E. Prof. Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand, delivers a speech on the Inaugural Ceremony of the 9th World Scout Parliamentary Union General Assembly. Meanwhile, Hon. Mr. Thamrong Dasananjali, Member of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand, and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Thai Scout Parliamentary Association, presents a report of the Executive Committee. After that, Hon. Ms. Ewa Thalen Finne, President of the WSPU gives a speech of welcome to participants attending the meeting. The participants in the ceremony are Hon. Mr. Surachai Liengboonlertchai, 1st Vice-President of the National Legislative Assembly, Hon. Mr. Lee Ju Young, 1st Vice-President of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Ferdinand L. Hernandez, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, Members of the National Legislative Assembly, diplomatic corps, representatives of embassy to Thailand, delegation of WSPU member countries, youth delegation of Thailand, delegation of the Thai Scout Parliamentary Association, the Royal Boy Scout Corps of Honor Guard, Executives of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives, and Executives of the Secretariat of the Senate. Then, a photo session is taken place after the inaugural ceremony. |
