The meeting was held on Thursday 18^th  October 2018 at 10.00 hrs. at the committee meeting room number 215 - 216 on 2^nd  Floor of Parliamentary Building 2. Hon. Dr. Thamrong Dasananjali, member of the National Legislative Assembly, was the Chairperson of the Committee chaired the meeting aiming to consider the registration situation of the delegates and also follow up the progress of the sub-committees.
